If you would like to be a ‘gatherer’, print out petitions, and make sure you understand signing protocol (petitions are on the home page):
Petitions must be signed by REGISTERED VOTERS in BOISE CITY. See voter map for definition of ‘Boise City’.
Petitions cannot be left on a counter, unattended, for people to read and sign. All signatures must be witnessed by the signature gatherer.
All petitions and signature sheets for recall shall be printed on quality paper of standardized size (8x11).
All signatures must be neat and legible.
Please use black ink.
When you are done ‘gathering’, please fill out the bottom portion of the petition IN FRONT OF A NOTARY.
